Gymnastics Classes

Our classes are non-competitive programs that emphasize fun, strength, flexibility and balance development. We feature the four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Your child will advance through beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate and advanced levels as new skills are mastered. They will also have the opportunity to transition into our competitive team program, if desired, after mastering the intermediate level.

Beginner Gymnastics

Level 1 & Level 2 (6 years and up)


Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Intermediate Gymnastics

Level 3


Intermediate gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on intermediate skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 1 hour long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Advanced Gymnastics

Advanced gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline.

Boys Gymnastics

Beginner Classes (Ages 5 and up)


Our beginner gymnastics classes for boys offer an exciting introduction to the world of gymnastics! Young male athletes will discover how to effectively use various pieces of equipment while mastering essential and foundational skills. Each 55-minute class includes focused training on the high bar, parallel bars, still rings, floor, vault, and pommel horse.
