Membership and Cancellation Policy


Class Withdrawals:

To cancel your child’s class enrollment, an email to info@tntgym.org must be submitted prior to the 15th of the following month or 2 weeks before the 1st of the following month.

Example: to avoid charges for the month of January, the form must be submitted by December 15th or earlier.

  • To maintain accurate records and billing, withdrawals must be properly documented and submitted.

Please call 470-868-2610 if you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 3 business days.


No Refunds/Partial Credits:

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. We also do not provide partial credits or payments for attending only part of the month. However, we do offer class credit or camp credit in certain situations. Please call 470-868-2610 or email our Business Manager, Mariel Mariney, mariel@tntgym.org.


If your account is mistakenly charged after submitting a withdrawal form, we will promptly correct the issue upon receiving proper documentation. Please call 470-868-2610 or email our Business Manager, Mariel Mariney, mariel@tntgym.org. for assistance.


Automatic Billing:

  • Your account will be automatically billed 25th for the following month.
  • We reserve the right to charge any other payment method on file if necessary.


After School Care Policy:

Pickup time for after-school care is 6:30 PM. Starting at 6:31 PM, there will be a charge of $1 per minute for late pickups.

NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
