Kaitlyn Williams
Happy New Year! This month's TNT Spotlight features Kaitlyn Williams!
Kaitlyn is a true multi-talented athlete and artist, juggling a range of activities with incredible skill and dedication. Not only is she a gymnast, but she also excels in cheerleading, plays the viola in her school orchestra, and sings in the school chorus. Her ability to balance all of these activities speaks to her strong work ethic, discipline, and passion for learning and growing in everything she does.
Kaitlyn began cheerleading just last year, and from the start, she’s shown remarkable progress. She’s taken to the sport with enthusiasm and has really thrived, embracing the challenges that come with it. Cheerleading has opened up new doors for her, particularly in terms of social connections, as it's allowed her to foster relationships with people she may not have met otherwise. Cheerleading has also taught her important life skills—such as responsibility, time management, and accountability—both for herself and her academics.
What Kaitlyn loves most about cheerleading is how it allows her to express herself in a unique way. The sport has not only given her the freedom to be herself but also served as a powerful source of motivation. Whether it’s learning a challenging new stunt or supporting her teammates, cheerleading drives Kaitlyn to push through obstacles and continue to work on her goals. The mental toughness and determination she’s gained from cheerleading have transferred to other areas of her life, particularly in her gymnastics.
Kaitlyn believes that cheerleading has had a significant positive impact on her gymnastics performance, specifically with her floor and beam routines. She’s learned to move with rhythm and flow, which has made her movements more fluid and confident. By syncing up with the music and incorporating more grace into her routines, Kaitlyn feels she’s able to express herself in gymnastics in a whole new way. The combination of gymnastics and cheerleading has really helped her become more well-rounded as an athlete and has taken her performances to the next level.

Classes
We offer gymnastics and tumbling classes for children aged between 2 years and 18 years old. Our gymnastics class levels are designed to cater to all abilities and age groups. Proper progressions are a priority to ensure growth. Our experienced instructors follow an well balanced curriculum designed to work in unison with the proper progressions.
